Joy's place!

Last Sunday was like every chinese new year gathering at Joy's place. Meeting familiar faces like joy, warm, jieying, trudy & benjamin, not forgetting all the uncle & aunties who were mom's secondary school mates! It was nice catching up with them, I only see Joy & Jieying like.. once a year I think? Even warm & I stays so near but we don't see each other very often :(
